1. These terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of travelrinserepeat.com and anything made available through it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. They incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Editorial Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
2. Changes
We may amend these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes take effect when posted; where a change is material we will give reasonable prominent notice. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
3. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 — much of what we cover concerns credit products that cannot lawfully be offered to minors — and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must not use the Site where doing so would breach the law that applies to you.
4. What this Site is, and is not
Travel Rinse Repeat is a publication. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, broker, credit intermediary, lender or financial adviser. We do not sell trips, take bookings, arrange credit or act as agent for any airline, hotel, operator or card issuer, and we are not a party to any booking or application you make.
5. Nothing here is advice
Everything on the Site is general information and comment. It is not financial, credit, legal, tax, insurance, visa or medical advice, it takes no account of your circumstances, and it creates no adviser relationship.
That matters most where money is at stake. Applying for a credit card affects your credit file whether or not you are approved. Annual fees, interest rates, representative APRs, sign-up bonuses, earning rates, transfer ratios and award charts are set by the provider, vary by applicant, and change — sometimes without notice and sometimes retrospectively. Always read the provider's own terms and current pricing before you apply or book, and take advice from someone qualified and regulated in your jurisdiction before committing to a credit product.
Travel information dates just as quickly: entry requirements, visa rules, vaccination requirements, safety conditions, routes, prices and schedules change constantly and vary by nationality. Confirm the current position with the relevant embassy, your government's travel advisory, your insurer and the provider before you travel.
6. Licence to use our content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Site. That licence does not permit you to:
- reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Site;
- use the Site or any part of it commercially without our written permission;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including award charts, rates and offer details, by hand or by automated means;
- use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model without our written permission;
- frame or mirror the Site, present it as your own, or remove any attribution from it.
Short quotations are welcome with clear attribution and a link to the original article.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any connected system, interfere with its operation, impose an unreasonable load on it, introduce malicious code, circumvent any access control or rate limit, or use the Site to send unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing or deceptive material.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, layout, code and the arrangement of it, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other rights. Photographs may be licensed from third parties and carry their own terms. Airline, hotel, programme and card brand names and logos remain the property of their owners and appear here for identification only; their use implies no endorsement, affiliation or approval.
9. Material you send us
If you send us a tip, a pitch, a photograph, a correction or any other material, you confirm it is yours to send and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and edit it in connection with the Site. We may decline, edit or remove anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or off topic.
10. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to be accurate at the time of publication and we correct errors when they are pointed out, on the page itself. Card terms and award pricing move faster than almost anything else we cover. An article reflects the position at its date, we do not undertake to update every page, and the presence of an article here is not a representation that a rate, fee or offer remains available.
11. Advertising and affiliate links
The Site carries advertising, and many articles contain affiliate links from which we may be paid a commission if you apply or book. This does not affect the price you pay. Commercial arrangements never determine our editorial conclusions; sponsored material and hosted stays are disclosed on the page.
12. Third-party links and bookings
We link to card issuers, booking platforms, hotels, airlines and operators for your convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, approval decisions, cancellation terms, or the quality or safety of what they provide. Any booking or credit agreement is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their terms, not ours.
13. Availability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated saving or data, nor for any lost booking, missed connection, declined application, devalued or forfeited points, annual fee, interest charge or additional travel cost, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any decision made in reliance on it — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
17. Suspension
We may restrict or withdraw your access at any time, without notice, if we reasonably consider that you have breached these terms.
18. General
If any provision is held unenforceable the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor to the publication. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
