Signature Aviation has upgraded its TAILWINS loyalty program, providing pilots with more opportunities to earn points, an expanded range of redemption choices, and new tiers that celebrate their loyalty across the network.
Enhanced Earning Potential
The updated TAILWINS program allows members to accumulate points rapidly. Pilots can now earn up to 4 times the points on Jet A fuel purchases and up to 5 times on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) by engaging in qualifying activities, such as flying with BRAVO operators, utilizing Signature Pay, or booking directly through Signature's website. Additionally, AVGAS pilots enjoy a lucrative 10 points for every gallon purchased, complemented by promotional earning opportunities that further boost points accumulation.
Expanded Redemption Options
The revamped rewards catalog boasts thousands of new redemption possibilities. Members can choose from various categories, including travel, gadgets, home goods, outdoor gear, charitable donations, Signature merchandise, and gift or prepaid cards. This diversity makes it easier for pilots to find rewards that personally resonate with them.
A New Tiered Structure
To recognize and reward loyalty more effectively, TAILWINS introduces three new tiers: Aviator, Ace, and Legend. As members interact with Signature, they accumulate Stars that help them reach each level. Advancing through these tiers unlocks better redemption values, longer point expiration periods, priority benefits, and exclusive offers. Members in higher tiers can enjoy up to a 30% increase in value for their points, ensuring they get more for their loyalty.
Easy Enrollment for Pilots
TAILWINS is available for all eligible U.S.-based pilots at no cost. Current members will smoothly transition into the updated program while retaining their existing points. New members can easily sign up online and start earning rewards right away.
