Capital One is returning to South Beach to host a series of cardholder events during Miami Art Week. The bank is partnering with the Cultivist and artist Alex Prager to bring Prager’s Mirage Factory immersive experience to The Shelborne By Proper on Miami Beach. The installation will be open to the public Dec. 4–5, while a slate of exclusive events for cardholders runs Dec. 1–6.
Cardholder-exclusive offerings (at The Shelborne) include:
– Dinner with Chef Dave Beran at the Mirage Factory on Dec. 2*
– Martinis at the Mirage Factory on Dec. 4*
– Golden Hour gatherings: complimentary light bites and beverages poolside with live music, Dec. 3–5, 4 p.m.–6 p.m.
– Nightly Sound Sessions: DJ sets at the Shelborne bar, Dec. 2–5, 10 p.m.–12 a.m.
– Daily wellness classes and other programming throughout the week

How to access events
Access to these cardholder events requires a Capital One Venture X Rewards or Venture X Business card. If you’re not a cardholder, consider applying while limited-time welcome offers are available:
– Capital One Venture X: 100,000 bonus miles after spending $10,000 in the first six months.

At the time of writing, several events were sold out, though additional tickets have been released intermittently. If you plan to attend, paying cash for a ticket is generally the better value; redeeming 25,000 miles for these tickets is not a strong redemption.
