A new mythology‑inspired Hyatt resort, The Parian Chronicle, will debut this summer on the Greek island of Paros. Part of the Destination by Hyatt collection, the hotel sits in Kampos, a short drive from Paros Airport (PAS), and draws its concept from the ancient Parian Chronicle marble inscription that records episodes of Greek history.
The boutique property comprises roughly 50 rooms and suites, several of which feature private terraces or plunge pools. The design reinterprets Cycladic architecture with softer, more textural finishes: natural stone, warm woods, muted earth tones and sculptural lines that aim to feel modern while rooted in local tradition.
Onsite amenities include a central pool with a pool bar for relaxed daytime drinks, and the Nipson Spa, which offers holistic treatments inspired by Greek wellness practices. Dining is centered at NAAO, an all‑day restaurant that highlights Cycladic culinary traditions and locally sourced ingredients.
Destination by Hyatt groups upper‑upscale and luxury independent hotels, resorts and residences that reflect the character of their locations; The Parian Chronicle positions itself as an upscale boutique option with a distinct local identity.
Booking details: reservations open September 1, 2026. Introductory rates start at about $718 for a king room with a private pool. The property is a Category 6 World of Hyatt hotel; award nights begin at 21,000 World of Hyatt points per night.
