Hyatt’s long-awaited Andaz Turks and Caicos at Grace Bay is now open for reservations, with bookings available beginning June 1, 2027. This marks the first Hyatt-branded property in Turks & Caicos and the island’s inaugural Andaz hotel.
Location and accommodations
The resort sits on the famed Grace Bay beach and will offer an intimate footprint: 59 hotel rooms and 74 branded residences. Design touches are inspired by the islands’ golden light, calm waters and natural beauty.
Dining and facilities
The property will feature three restaurants and bars, including a rooftop restaurant with sweeping ocean views. Onsite amenities will include a full-service spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and easy access to snorkeling and diving at Bright Reef—one of the Caribbean’s largest barrier-reef areas.
Rates and points
Nightly rates start around $1,297, but the hotel is also bookable with World of Hyatt points, with award nights starting near 55,000 points per night. Availability appears widely open, offering another attractive option for using points in the Caribbean.
How to book
You can reserve stays through Hyatt’s booking channels or the World of Hyatt program. If you plan to use points, check the World of Hyatt calendar for award availability and pricing.
Why it matters
The Andaz brings a new luxury option to Grace Bay and expands Hyatt’s Caribbean footprint. With a small number of rooms, oceanfront dining and access to excellent snorkeling, it’s likely to be a sought-after property for both paid and points stays.
